Yannick Biard

Agronomist and expert in calculation tools for environmental assessment at CIRAD since 2011. He started his career as project manager of the AGRIBALYSE program for the production of the Life Cycle Inventory database on environmental impacts of French agricultural products. He has been involved in applying LCA to agri-food value chains (animal and plant production) in a wide range of situations and countries. His main interests include LCI/LCA databases and calculation tools, Data Quality Management Systems (DQMS) and coupling environmental data with economic and social data for integrated multi-criteria assessments.
